Business Mentoring and Advice

Our monthly subscription provides three to four hours mentoring and advisory services each month plus unlimited email support from our experienced VapourBiz Management Consulting Team. Giving you ready access to an entire management team covering the roles of Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, General Manger Human Resources, General Manager Marketing and Chief Information Officer plus other specialists as required for a single reduced monthly fee.

These advisors are primarily tasked with mentoring and supporting you the business owner to:

  • provide professional advice in their area of expertise
  • identify opportunities to obtain higher economic returns
  • develop plans for pursuing those opportunities
  • identify issues and risks

Back Office Services

We would look to get your enterprise off to a good start by ensuring the in-between-stuff was taken care of like processing financial transactions, bank reconciliations, tax and ACC. Vapour provides you with your own company administrator and a bookkeeper with ready access to an accountant and tax advisor as required. Included in this package are:
  • Xero - Annual Xero subscription, maintaining the Xero ledger, ongoing Xero support
  • Annual Financial Statements - Preparation of the annual accounts for the tax year
  • Income Tax Returns - Process NZ tax returns and issue reminders for terminal & provisional tax payments
  • Tax Reminders & Assessments - Tax related support & advice
  • Business & Tax Newsletter - News and views on business and tax issues
  • Reporting - Reports as required
  • Monthly Review - Monthly review of transactions
  • Free Phone & Email Support - Call or email for advice on Xero, tax or accounting
  • GST Returns - Prepare GST returns as required
  • Face to Face Meetings - Two meetings a year as required
  • Annual Strategic Review - Presentation of annual accounts and identification of risks, issues and opportunities
  • Cashflow Forecasts - Assistance with cashflow analysis and forecasting as required
  • KPI Monitoring - Overview of key business metrics
  • Budgeting - Assistance with preparing budgets
